2019 Challenge Complete!

I’m pleased to say that earlier this month I completed Ride London, the final part of my 2019 challenge.

Over 700 miles ridden which I’m really proud of. More importantly over £1300 raised for the Stroke Association. Thanks so much to everyone who donated.

Here I am with some of the other Stroke Association riders after Ride London

Finally, here’s some of my favourite pictures from across all of the rides

Half way through 2019 challenge

I’m pleased to say that I have so far completed half of my six week challenge and hit my fundraising target of £1000.

So far I’ve completed the Boxford Tornado, Tour de Broads and Velo Birmingham & Midlands.

Here’s a few pictures of my exploits so far

6 weeks for Stroke in 2019

I’m undertaking another big challenge in 2019 in support of The Stroke Association.

Since my mum, Margaret, passed away following a stroke in 2013, I’ve undertaken a number of challenges in her memory to raise money for the Stroke Association. In 2019, over 6 weekends I’m hoping to cycle over 600 miles at the following events:

28th April – Boxford Tornado
5th May – Tour de Broads
12th May – Velo Birmingham
19th May – Suffolk Sunrise
26th May – Struggle Dales
2nd June – Tour of Cambridgeshire

I’ve also accepted a charity place from the Stroke Association for Ride London which takes place on 4th August so that will add another 100 miles to the challenge!

I’ve set a target of raising at least £1000 this year – if you’d like to make a donation please visit my Just Giving Page
